Reporting to head of Capita’s general insurance division, Brent Escott, he takes up his new role immediately.
John will hold responsibility for client delivery within the commercial insurance business. John has over 20 years’ experience in the insurance market. He joins Capita from insurance and reinsurance broker Miller, where he was head of operations. Before joining Miller, he held a variety of senior roles at Aviva plc, including head of operations, international and head of strategic consultancy.

Capita Commercial Insurance Services provides services to managing agents, insurers and brokers in the Lloyd's, London and UK market. Areas of delivery currently include London market underwriting services, accounting and premium credit control, claims management and run-off.
