Capita acquired National Dental Plan (NDP) - one of the largest providers of corporate dental plans in the UK - in August 2010 and Andrew is now tasked with firmly establishing the business’ vision for the future.

I’m delighted to be given an opportunity to lead this business into a new year. Our aim over the next twelve months will be to share Capita’s wealth of experience and knowledge of the insurance industry as well as provide a strong infrastructure for this business which has massive potential for growth.”
One of Andrew's first tasks will be to launch an eagerly anticipated scheme for Capita's 36,000 employees in March 2011. The scheme enables all employees to take up a dental plan if they wish.
Andrew added, “National Dental Plan is about more than providing dental cover. It offers a cost-saving solution in a tough economic climate which can help take patients’ worry out of dental charges, as well as promoting good dental health which can help employers across the UK to reduce absenteeism.”
Andrew has worked at Capita since 2003, holding a number of senior positions with Capita Consulting and Capita Insurance Services. He has worked in the financial services market for over 20 years and during his career has been employed by organisations such as Norwich Union and Winchester White Management Consultants.
National Dental Plan operates some of the biggest dental insurance schemes in the country; designing, distributing, arranging underwriting for and administering dental insurance to more than 300 clients, made up of major banking groups, law firms and other FTSE 100 firms.
