This role previously covered implementations and projects exclusively and now also involves the management of workflow and productivity levels throughout the business.

From August 2010, Dan will take on a more supervisory role and some of his key tasks will be to issue assignments to specific departments, ensure deadlines are met, liaise with internal and external stakeholders to grow the business and also continue to implement partner initiatives and managing changes to schemes and products.
Dan said: “I have enjoyed my last few years with Thornside and it has been extremely satisfying seeing the company develop and grow. I was very keen to continue working with the business so when an opportunity came to expand my role, I jumped at the chance. This new role will enable me to become more involved in every aspect of our operations and build stronger relationships with stakeholders.”
Dan has worked at Thornside for three years and has been part of BDML for over ten; working in insurer relations and more recently as project and implementation manager. Prior to joining BDML in 2001, he worked at Groupama Insurance.
David added: “I would like to take this opportunity to officially welcome Dan into his new role where he will be key as a single point of contact and accountability for all business operations.”
