Thornside will deliver a complete pet insurance package including sales, fulfilment and claims handling, providing dog and cat owners with a bespoke product.
The introduction of an online quote and buy facility will enable Shop Direct Group to reach more pet owners who are increasingly choosing to purchase insurance online and offer them competitive cover. Customers can choose to protect themselves and their pets against costs associated with vet fees, theft/straying, third party liability, overseas travel, death and locating pet minders, to name but a few*.
